What is a dehydrator?
A thermal dehydrator is a device that removes moisture from various materials using controlled heat and hot air circulation to cause the water content to evaporate. In restaurants and commercial complexes that generate food waste, thermal dehydrators are optimal for treating organic waste, reducing its volume and weight, which facilitates its handling, storage, and final disposal. They also help minimize unpleasant odors, improve process hygiene, and reduce the environmental impact associated with waste management. At the same time, they produce a valuable end product: nutrient-rich compost.
